RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and limited releases, we offer restricted returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items must show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Pre-order items

  • Limited edition or promotional items

  • Complimentary or gifted items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Beauty products once opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

Return Approval Process

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or refund to the original form of payment, at our discretion, once the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
